Man jumps off building to escape arrest from Police dies

In an incident in the UAE a 39-year-old Bangladeshi man reportedly jumped off from the third floor of the building that he was living and injured badly that has taken his life. According to the news report, He tried to escape from the police and jumped the flat after his apartment was raided at 3.40am on Sunday for running a prostitution racket.

Two Asians died in two separate incidents on Sunday in the emirate.

In the first case, a 39-year-old Bangladeshi reportedly jumped off from the third floor of a building in Al Qasimia area in a bid to avoid being arrested by the police after his apartment was raided at 3.40am on Sunday for running a prostitution racket.

The police said they received information about some illegal activities going on the flat and after confirming and obtaining permission from the public prosecution they raided the flat. The man, identified as M.M.L.K, when he saw the police at the door, jumped off the building.

He was rushed to Al Qassimi Hospital with serious injuries but died in the hospital. In the second case, a 38-year-old Indian man was found hanging to the ceiling of his room in a labour accommodation located in Sharjah Industrial Area 12. The police received a call at 1.30pm about the incident and rushed to the site.

They lifted finger prints, collected evidence and shifted the body to the forensic laboratory. The initial report revealed that the man had committed suicide.

The police have launched further investigations to determine the reason why the man committed suicide or if there was any sign of foul play behind his death.

Running an illegal business, committing suicide and cheating are often reported involvement of foreign migrant workers as they are seeking for easy money on the run and want to become overnight millionaire, which is not as easy as those people are thinking. UAE is one of the most secure and safe country to live and work including doing business
