Political Consensus within 3 days says Prachanda

APR 29, 2012, Kathmandu – A political turmoil may come to an end as UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal has said that political parties are moving closer to consensus on all the contentious issues.

Talking to reporters after the talks between the major three political parties including the Madheshi Morcha, Dahal expressed his confidence that the parties would come to a compromise on all the disputed issues within the next three days.

However, the talks held at the Constituent Assembly CA hall was put off after the parties failed to forge consensus on the contentious issues.

The parties who have lately been holding intense discussions to settle the complications regarding the form of government and state restructuring failed to make headway on Sunday as well.

The Maoist chairman informed that the issue of national government was discussed to settle the differences between the parties. He expressed hope that there would be agreement on all the issues within next three days.

As seen in the past Comrade Prachanda has a different kind of attitude when comes to the decision making, It may trigger a new issue and uncertainty if the consensus made in a  power sharing rather than political agendas.
