27 November 2014 Kathmandu – As Expected by many people around the world, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pakistani Premier Nawaz Sharif had brief meet after both the VVIP shake their hands during the retreat at Dhulikhel Resort where all the VVIPs and other delegates are retreating after Inauguration of 18th SAARC Summit In Kathmandu on Thursday.
”Yes, they have met and shook hands at the retreat,” Nepal’s Foreign Minister Mahendra Bahadur Pandey told reporters over phone from Dhulikhel, where the retreat is being held on the second day of the two-day SAARC Summit.
As usual, India and Pakistan always have some concerns over their border dispute and Long standing issue of Kashmir.
But a planned meeting between two South Asian leaders has not taken place.
Both the country who shapes South Asia in emerging power house and India is far ahead in human development, business and technology where as Pakistan is still fighting inside the country for better stable government and stability of their institutions.
Both the prime ministers have taken a tour in and around the resort which is famous for watching Himalayas.
India and Pakistan’s Relation would shape the future of South Asia as they are the most populated and big in sizes by land.
