Three People Found Dead Mysteriously in Bhojpur

MAR 21, 2012, BHOJPUR, Eastern Nepal – In a Mysterious incident in this quite Remote part of Nepal, Three people, including two of a family, were found dead at Khartamchha VDC-1 on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as 30-year-old Pasang Helmo Sherpa, wife of Pem Dorji, her two-and-a-half-year-old child Denji Sherpa and a nine-year-old neighbor Aung Chhiring Sherpa.

Police said that Denji’s body was found on the bed with the two other corpses were recovered mutilated from the ground below.

A villager, Chandrakala Rai, said bodies of Pasang and Aung Chhiring bore injuries in the head. Villagers had inquired after the Sherpa family did not come out of the house till late on Tuesday morning and they knew about the incident only after they saw blood stains on the window pane while the main door of the house remained locked.

Gold jewellery that Pasang wore was absent from her body and her clothes were scattered on the site. Pasang’s husband Pem Dorji is said to have sent some money home from Saudi Arabia four days ago. People said that only Pasang and Denji were at home when the incident took place.

Local villagers and Police suspects that monetary rubbery could have involve in the incident and police are investigating the case from close range.
