Nursing course, however, she failed to complete the course and continued to pursue a career in modelling in London.

2.) Rekha Thapa : Rekha Thapa (born 5 July 1975, Morang) is a very popular Nepali actress. Rekha Thapa was seen dancing with prachanda, was seen kissing worlds smallest man Khagendra Thapa Magar due to these news she is one of the rumored actress in Nepali media.
She has done over 70 movies and is seen in over 7 movies a year; she also owns her own film production house called Rekha Entertainment. Apart from modeling and acting she owns one of the popular film production house in Nepal. When we hear her name we Nepali feel something strong, yes definitely she is one the the bravest actress in Nepal.
3.) Malvika Subba: Malvika Subba (born: July 19, 1981, Kathmandu) is one of the talented women in Nepal At the age of 21, Malvika was crowned as Miss Nepal 2002.
She is an actress, television host, beauty queen, model and entrepreneur, and is an activist for positive social change, speaking out as an Ambassador against Human Trafficking and raising awareness with regard to HIV/AIDS. Since being crowned as Miss Nepal in 2002 at the age of 21, Malvika Subba has been appearing on Kantipur Television as the host of the famous TV show Call Kantipur.

4.) Reecha Sharma: She was a top 10 semi finalists in the Miss Nepal 2007 pageant Reecha Sharma was born and raised in Kailali; she has been living and studying in Kathmandu.
She started her career with the Alok Nembang music video for Yash Kumar song, in which she played a violinist who loses her eyesight. After that she went on to host “Music of Your Choice” and “Top Ten” on Image Channel and “Superstar” on NTV.
She represented her town in Miss Nepal 2007 pageant in which she ended up as a top 10 semi-finalists and after that she started her acting career. She got huge critical acclaim for her first television series Hamro Team, in which She played the lead character of Seema, a female coach for all boys football team. As per the news, the sports series might return for its second season.
5.) Namrata Shrestha : Namrata Shrestha (born 14 June, 1986, Dharan Nepal) is a Nepali model, RJ, presenter and actress.
In 2008, Namrata debuted her movie career from Alok Nembang’s Sano Sansar where she played the lead role of Reetu. After Sano Sansar’s Nepal release raised her profile, she was cast for Mero Euta Saathi Cha which was produced by Sudarshan Thapa and made a huge hit in 2009. She has also appeared on the cover of Wave Magazine , VOW Magazine & other magazines. 6.) Jharna Bajracharya : Jharana Bajracharya Rashid is a Nepali model-turned-film actress. She was crowned Miss Nepal in 1997, at the age of sixteen. Winner of Miss Nepal 1997 were she was placed as 1sr runner up and was the 1st Miss Nepal to participate in Miss World. She started her journey in the Nepali entertainment field after being crowned Miss World Nepal in 1997 at the age of 16 and represented Nepal in Miss World contest held at Baie Lazare, Seychelles on November 22, 1997.
Jharana Bajracharya, made her debut in Hatiyar playing a second fiddle to the leading lady Karishma Manandhar co-starring opposite Rajesh Hamal. On 6 October 2007, Jharana Bajracharya got engaged to North American Citizen Karar Hill in private ceremony in Kathmandu.
7.) Priyanka Karki: Priyanka Karki was born on 27th February 1987. In 2005, at the age of 18, she won the subtitles of Miss Intelligent, Miss Intelligent as well as the main title of Miss Teen Nepal.

In 2007, she joined the Miss International UNA beauty pageant at her university, University of North Alabama and was selected up to the top 5. Right after winning Miss Teen Nepal 2005, she appeared on the cover of Wave Magazine. She has also appeared on the covers of Nari, Vivacity Magazine, ECS Living and Yuwa Manch. She has also been featured in the center page blow up of Kantipur Publications Saptahik and also numerous features on the weekly newsletter Friday by ECS.
Karki made her acting debut in a comedy sitcom called Gharbeti Ba on Kantipur Television, a Nepali Version of the American Sitcom Three’s Company. The sitcom was a sensation where Karki played the character of ‘Tina’. Then in May 2011, after finishing her Bachelors in Filmmaking from The University of North Alabama, she started filming for the first Bhutanese-Nepalese production called ‘Bhulne Po Ho Ki’where she played the female lead. 9.) Nisha Adhakari: Nisha Adhikari was bron on 4th October 1986 she is frank, Beautiful and of course talented. Her seductive look addicts the crowd.. She is well known for her role in the film First Love released in 2010 and her appearance in music videos. She was born in a middle-class Nepali family. She lives with her mum, dad, older brother and Dabbu (who is her pet dog) in Kathmandu. In 2006, she completed her A levels and started as VJ & MC professional. In 2009, she finished her undergraduate at Wigan and Leigh College.
For the last two and a half years, Nisha has been working in the media industry. She went to Pakistan to record two program serials in Urdu. She debuted as VJ from a television show called Nine to Nine. Then, she did Indi mini Bag, Count Down Kantipur, Play it On and Some More. She played in some music videos of Nepalese singers like Sudip Giri, Sugam Pokharel, Ciney Gurung and Satya Raj.
10.) Manisha Koirala: Manisha was born in the Nepali Koirala family on August 16, 1970.
Her dad, B.P. Koirala, was Nepal’s Prime Minister before her birth, while two of her paternal grandfather’s brothers, Girja Prasad Koirala, and M.P. Koirala were also Nepali Prime Ministers during the 1990s.Manisha grew up with her paternal grandmother in Varanasi, India. She studied in Vasant Kanya Mahavidhyalay. Then she re-located to New Delhi and was enrolled in Army Public School. After completing her school, Manisha had planned to study medicine and become a doctor.
Instead of becoming a doctor, fate led her to modeling, and then onto the tinsel screen in Nepal in a 1989 movie ‘Pheri Betaula’. She then re-located to Bombay and debuted in a Bollywood movie produce by Subhash Ghai titled ‘Saudagar’ which was released in 1991.
